Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.

3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

4Send the parcel to this address:

5After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to customercare@newtorso.com. 

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Consumer shall notify NEWTORSO in writing within fourteen (14) days, (beginning with the day after Consumer received the products) by completing and submitting the online Return Request From. You should keep a record of your cancellation notice;

1. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
2. The Tag and Seal on the packaging box shall not be removed from or damaged;
3. The products should be returned in their original packaging;
4. The products should be returned to NEWTORSO within fourteen (14) days following cancellation of the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we receive corresponding evidence confirming the fact of sending back of products or products themselves, whichever is the earliest. NEWTORSO will refund the price of the product (excluding shipping cost) in ten working days after receiving the product,  except holiday season, during which return processing may take more time than expected.

You can return the products to NEWTORSO by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to NEWTORSO after correctly submitting the return request form in order details.
